A company let is a residential tenancy where a registered company, rather than a private individual, signs the lease and pays the rent. The company is the named tenant and is responsible for the rent and for the care of the property for the whole term.
Elite Property London is that company. We lease residential property directly from landlords across London for one to three years and pay a fixed rent every month, whether or not the property is occupied.

Frequently asked questions
What is a company let?
A company let is a residential tenancy where a registered company, not a private individual, signs the lease and pays the rent. With Elite Property London, we are that company: we take the lease on your property and pay you a fixed rent every month for the full term.
How long is a company let agreement?
Our agreements usually run for one to three years. The term, the rent and any break clauses are agreed before you sign and are written into the agreement.
How is the guaranteed rent decided?
We assess the property, its location and its condition, compare it with the local market and give you a fixed monthly figure. That figure is agreed upfront and does not change with occupancy.
Do I still own my property?
Yes. You keep full ownership. We hold a lease for an agreed term and hand the property back at the end of it.
What happens if the property is empty?
You are still paid. Our rent is due under the lease whether or not the property is occupied, so you have no void periods during the term.
Who is responsible for repairs?
The split between landlord and tenant responsibilities is set out in the agreement. Day-to-day issues are reported to us, and we tell you about anything structural or anything that falls to you as the owner.
